Hello EASY Care families,
I hope you are enjoying the last little bit of summer! If your child needs an epinephrine injector or inhaler, we do not have access to the nurse's office after school hours. We will require parents to provide us with any medication needed for your child. The medication will be in the EASY Care backpack and travel with your child at all times. If your child needs an epinephrine injector, please print and fill out the district's Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan form and deliver your child's two epinephrine injectors to Lisa Groover at Central Administration by this Friday, 8/16. The medication and form will need to be in a large ziploc-style bag with your child's name on it and a photo of your child. If your child needs an inhaler, please bring the inhaler to Lisa Groover at Central Administration in a large ziploc-style bag with your child's name on it and a photo of them inside by this Friday, 8/16. Thank you for helping us keep your children safe! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns before school starts. Warmly,
