We had a wonderful first day yesterday. Thank you for joining us!
The start of school is hectic for everyone. Thank you for your patience while we work to get the door code fixed. Please plan to give yourself a little extra time at pick up for EASY Care, since we are having issues with the door code. Welcome to all our new families and welcome back to all those returning. We are so excited to start this new year with you! We will utilize the weebly as a weekly communication tool, so we aren't cluttering up your email inboxes. Please check both your campuses blog page and mine each time you log in. Below I have included some important information about how EASY Care works and reminders for returning families. Once you receive your class assignment, please be sure to let your child(ren)'s homeroom teacher know your child will attend EASY Care. The homeroom teacher is in charge of escorting EASY Care students down to the cafeteria each day. If a child does not attend EASY Care, we assume they are absent or getting home another way. If you know your child will not attend, you can call your EASY Care campus at 512-732-3279 and leave them a message to notify the staff. We will provide an afternoon snack daily. Snack is distributed as the students arrive. All our snacks are provided to EASY Care through Eanes ISD's Child Nutrition department. The snack menu will be posted each month on my blog page prior to the start of the month. If you would like your child to bring something from home instead of eating the provided snack, please feel free to send them a snack from home in their backpack or lunchbox. Over the summer we got our Community Education Facebook and Twitter up and going again. Please like and follow us for important updates from the EASY Care, CDC, and Enrichment programs.
Hello EASY Care Families! EASY Care provides an afternoon snack daily upon dismissal from school. Please feel free to supplement with snacks from home, as needed. Sometimes students are still hungry and need a little extra from home, or they simply do not like the snack provided. You can view the snack menu below with your child to decide which days, if any, they will need a snack from home. We request all snacks brought to EASY Care are nut and peanut free, since many students have life threatening nut allergies. We appreciate your help and cooperation! Warmly, Tori |
