Ms. Emily Starkey (LEAD)Ms. Starkey loves her family & friends very much. Emily spends most of her free time at coffee shops with her loved ones or a book. She is pursuing a degree in English at Texas State University, and plans to get certified to teach. Ms. Starkey adores kids, and is just a big kid at heart anyway. She is thrilled to be returning to the Easy Care team!

Ms. Deshay KingMs. King has enjoyed working in public service for the past 25+ years. Becoming an "empty nester" has brought her to EASY Care. In her free time, she sings in the church choir and spends time with her children when they are in town.

Ms. Audrey ScaliciAudrey Scalici is starting her second semester working at Easy Care this fall. She loves working with children because of their high energy and willingness to always have fun! She especially loves playing group games and being active with the kids after school. Audrey is also going to start her third year of college at Austin Community College this fall and hopes to transfer to the University of Texas for spring 2020 to study psychology and political philosophy. When she is not studying or working, Audrey’s hobbies include makeup, dance, yoga and outdoor activities.

Eanes Elementary Team
Ms. Dita Heilman (LEAD)Ms. Heilman is excited to welcome everyone to the program for her fifth year as the EE Lead. She is a proud mother of two sons who went through EISD schools starting with Eanes Elementary. Ms. Heilman loves children, loves to garden, read, cook and, is an avid traveler with more than 7400 miles just this summer.

Mr. Tyler Van DykeTyler Van Dyke was born in California and after two years he moved to Texas. Tyler attended Eanes Elementary and attended EASY Care as an elementary student. He has come full circle returning to work here to give kids the same positive experience he had. Tyler's hobbies include video games and outdoor work.

Mr. Aaron Smithey (LEAD)This is Mr. Smithey's first time working as a Lead and he is glad to be placed at Valley View. He makes his own board games, and enjoys playing them with the kids. Mr. Smithey plans to have EASY Care play a lot of games outside on the play ground. He really enjoys gym classes and game night. Mr. Smithey has another part time job, so please don’t be late picking up your kiddos!

EASY Care Substitutes
Mr. Domonique RidleyMr. Ridley is a TA during the school day with Eanes ISD and a basketball player for an ABA league. He is passionate about working with kids and helping them grow. In Mr. Ridley's free time, he likes to design hats from Lids, enjoys ice cream at Marble Slab with his family, and works on cars. Mr. Ridley has previously worked as the Lead at Bridge Point and Forest Trail.
